2. Nature of Services (Mutual Fund Distribution)
   Santosh Raman Karthik / Ragaas Finserve operates strictly as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) and insurance distributor. We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA) or Portfolio Management Service (PMS). Our role is to assist clients in selecting, executing, and monitoring mutual fund schemes and insurance policies from authorized Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and Insurance Providers.

4. Commission Disclosures
   In accordance with SEBI / AMFI circulars, Ragaas Finserve receives trail commissions directly from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and distribution remuneration from insurance companies for distributing their financial products. These commissions are factored into the Total Expense Ratio (TER) of Regular plans. A detailed schedule of commissions is available to clients upon written request.

5. Limitation of Liability
   Ragaas Finserve, its founder, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of market data, articles, calculators, or information published on this website.
